2 Chicken breast meat
1 Thumb size ginger
50ml(1/4cup) Cooking wine
50ml(1/4cup) Soy sauce
3 TBSP Sugar
3 TBSP Sweet sake(or 1 TBSP honey)
- Put all the ingredients and seasonings in a medium pan and add water to the top of the cheicken meat. Put the lid and heat at medium temperature.
- Turn down the heat when it becomes boiled and cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave until it becomes cool.
Marinate boiled eggs in the soup is a great option.
