Stewed chicken breast(refrigerate 4 days)

Easy 10 minutes preparation for tender chicken breast.


2 Chicken breast meat

1 Leek

1 Thumb size ginger



50ml(1/4cup) Cooking wine

50ml(1/4cup) Soy sauce

3 TBSP Sugar

3 TBSP Sweet sake(or 1 TBSP honey)



  1. Put all the ingredients and seasonings in a medium pan and add water to the top of the cheicken meat.  Put the lid and heat at medium temperature.
  2. Turn down the heat when it becomes boiled and cook for 2 minutes.  Turn off the heat and leave until it becomes cool.

Marinate boiled eggs in the soup is a great option.
