Cranberry Bagels
Homemade cranberry bagels
300g(2 cups) bread flour
1 TBSP sugar
1 TSP yeast
1 TSP salt
180ml(3/4 cup) warm water
50g(3 TBSP) cranberry(dried)1 TBSP honey(or sugar)1. Put yeast on sugar on flour and place salt aside.
2. Pour warm water and mix with folk until the dough gets moistened.
3. Add cranberry and knead for 5 minutes.
4. Roll the dough put in a bowl and cover, place for 10 minutes.
5. Cut the dough in 4 and make them round, then make a hole with fingers in the middle and expand the hole.
6. Place them under wet cloth for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven at 200C.
8. Make hot water and put honey in, boil bagels for 30seconds each side.
9. Put bagels on the papered baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.Great with cream cheese!!!
