It takes only 10 minutes to cook this healthy low carbo/high protein salad.
<Ingredients>
1/2 Cabbage
3 Eggs
100g Ham
<Seasoning>
3TBSP Mayonaise
1TBSP Olive Oil
1TBSP Vinegar
1TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
Herb Salt
Pepper
<How to Cook>
1. Boil eggs in the boiling water for 8 minutes and cool in water, peel off the shell.
2. Cut cabbage in bite size pieces, put on a plate and wrap with plastic foil, cook in the microwave for 3 minutes. Wring in paper towel to drain off moisture.
3. Put all the seasonings in a big bowl and mix well.
4. Mix cabbage, boiled eggs and cut ham.
