<Ingredients>
1/2 Onion
1 Cucumbers
50g Vermicelli
3 TBSP Taiwanese pork
<Seasonings>
2 TBSP Sesame oil
1 TBSP Vinegar
1 TBSP Sugar
1/2 TBSP Soy sauce
1 pinch Salt
pepper
<Instruction>
1. Cook vermicelli in boiled water as instruction on the package, wash well with cold water and leave in the water for 10 minutes.
2. Drain moisture with towels from sliced onion and shredded cucumber.
3. Drain water from vermicelli and squeeze in towel to remove moisture. Sprinkle sesame oil.
4. Put seasonings, onion and cucumber and mix well.
The glassware I found in the storage is probably 50 years old or possibly older. It looks modern.
