Taiwanese pork ground meat(refrigerate 1 week)

This is basically Taiwanese food to put on rice.  Very useful to mix with omelet, fried rice, salad, noodle.


300g Pork ground meat

Thumb size ginger(chopped)


1  TBSP Sweet soybean paste

1 TBSP Sugar

1/4 TSP Chilli paste

2 TBSP Soy sauce

2 TBSP Cooking wine

1 TBSP Sesame oil


1. Put sesame oil on the saute pan over low heat.  Put pork meat and ginger and break it up.

2. Add all the seasonings and stir fry until the sauce gets condensed.

3. Stir fry the meat with oil from meat for a few minutes.

4. Remove the pan from the heat and tilt it to drain excessive oil with paper.

Do not remove too much oil to keep it well moisturized.  Take the amount that you use each time on another plate and warm in the microwave for 10-20 seconds.
