Egg rolled ketchup rice is a handy obento rice recipe.
Stir fry potatoes
Pumpkin salad
Cook 1/4 onion(chopped) and ham or chicken(diced) with butter or oil in a pan. Salt, pepper and add 2 TBSP ketchup and stir. Add 1 cup rice and mix well.
Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, salt, pepper and add 1 TBSP milk.
Pour 1/2 of egg in a square pan and pour rice on 1/3 of it.
Roll rice with egg using spatula.
Wrap with plastic foil and cut in three(according to the depth of the bento box) when it becomes cool.
