Convenient prep for both obento and dinner.
<Ingredients>
3 Carrots
50g(3 TBSP) Raisin
<Seasonings>
2 TBSP Vinegar
2 TBSP Olive oil
2 TBSP Honey
1 TSP Crazy salt
2 dashes pepper
<Instruction>
1. Shred carrots and sprinkle some salt and place for 10 minutes.
2. Mix all the seasonings in another bowl.
3. Squeeze carrots in a towel to drain moisture then put them in 2 with raisin.
