Cherry pie


<pie crust>

Cake flour 125gButter(unsalted) 60g

Water 45ml

Pinch of salt


1 can of cherry

30g sugar

1TBSP cornstarch

1. Combine the ingredients in the food processor for a few second.

2. Wrap in a plastic film and cool in refrigerator for an hour.

3. Fold in 3 for 2 times. 


1. Separate juice from cherry and add sugar and cornstarch.  Cook until thick at low heat. 

2. Mix with cherry.


4. Spread pie dough in 5mm thin and put fillings, put mixture of egg yolk and water with brush and bake at 210C for 30-35 minutes.
