400g Pork ground meat
1 TSP Crazy salt
2 TBSP Cooking wine
1/2 cup Flour
- Mince onion and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on a plate covered with plastic wrap.
- In a large bowl, mix pork, onion, crazy salt, pepper and cooking wine with a hand.
- Take bite size meat and put flour around.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry meat balls until golden brown.
