<Ingredients>

400g Pork ground meat

1/2 Onion

<Seasonings>

1 TSP Crazy salt

Pepper

2 TBSP Cooking wine

1/2 cup Flour

Vegetable oil

<Instruction>

  1. Mince onion and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on a plate covered with plastic wrap.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pork, onion, crazy salt, pepper and cooking wine with a hand.
  3. Take bite size meat and put flour around.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and deep fry meat balls until golden brown.
