Carrot and tuna salad(refrigerate for 4 days)

This salad is good for Obento-U and in sandwiches.  Drain moisture well to keep the taste fresh.

<Ingredients>

3 Carrots

1 Canned tuna(small)

<Seasonings>

1/2 TBSP Vinegar

1 TSP Sugar

1 TBSP Mayonaise

Dash of salt and pepper

 

<Instruction>

1. Shred carrots and sprinkle some salt(not listed) and place for 5 minutes.

2. Squeeze carrots in a towel to drain moisture.

3. Mix seasonings and put carrots in it.

Sesame would be a good option.
