Fried rice with colorful paprika

Omelet of zucchini and paprika
<Ingredients>
1 Bowl of cooked rice
1/2 Green pepper
1/2 Paprika
2 slice Bacon or any type meat product
<Seasonings>
1 TBSP Olive oil
1 TSP Crazy salt
2 dash pepper
1. Warm rice in the microwave. Chop vegetable and bacon.
2. Heat olive oil at medium temperature in the pan, add 1 and seasonings. Cook for a 2 minutes then add rice.
3. Stir fry util all the ingredients becomes well cooked for a 2-3 minutes.
You can make omelet first in the pan then cook rice to reduce dishes. I always cut vegetable the night before so it’s very fast to prepare.
